I've recently moved, and a friend recommended Maplewood when I needed to schedule an oil change. I called, the person on the phone was very courteous and was able to schedule me for the next morning if I brought it in early, which I did. I waited while the oil change was done.
The appearance of the office and waiting area is pretty grungy, but they seem to be very busy in there. The bays were a flurry of activity, and the phones were ringing. Callers were handled well, even turning down work when they felt that the request was not going to meet their safety standards (put on break pads without grinding the rotors) with an explanation of why that was not a good idea.
I was in and out quickly, and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that they did not reset the oil change light, so that's still on.
