GLICK HYUNDAI

We were met with a welcoming feeling, did NOT feel like we were in a GET THEM IN AND GET THEM OUT attitude. The crowning glory was being given back a newly washed car. At no charge.
Its not any wonder that this dealership has been there for as long as I can remember, with the same family owning it.

It was absolutely amazing. The parts dept. were as pleasant as can be, they made me feel like I was part of the Glick family. The service dept. was just the same. I was in and out in no time. The service manager as well as the technician explained the recall to me. They even washed my car for me after the service. The whole family was there from Arthur Glick himself to two of his grandkids one from his son and one from his daughter (who were also there), they introduced themselves like gentlemen and asked if their was anything else they could help me with, and let me note they dont even work there one had just graduated high school and one was a nurse.

The service dept. was just the same. I was in and out in no time they asked me before doing anything extra for example I needed a new cabin air filter. To top it off they washed my car for me after the service. The whole family was there from Arthur Glick to two of his grandkids. The kids introduced themselves like gentlemen and asked if their was anything else they could help me with and let me note they dont even work there they just happened to be in the building. It was absolutely the most at home feeling I've ever felt in a car dealership and I will highly recommend Glick Hyundai to anyone in the tristate area.

The price was amazing, and they went way above the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable, and kept aware of the job being done, while waiting in their lobby. They offered me coffee, they have wifi, and a television to pass the time. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Not only am I thrilled they are in my area where I now reside, but I will happily share me experience with my friends and family. I love my Hyundai, and now I love the local dealer. Its a win win!

Not only was the car brought in immediately, but the job was done in a most expedient and professional manner. PLUS my car was treated to a car wash, on the house. It was brought to me shining clean, with the brake job done at a very reasonable price. Not only was I pleased, I actually wrote the owner a letter of my satisfaction. Something I NEVER think of doing. They are friendly, fair, and everything tht is opposite of what you HEAR about Automobile dealerships. You honestly feel that they give a d*** about you, your car, and your wallet. Impressed in an understatement.
