+ -1 moreI traveled all the way up from NYC to Monticello with my wife and newborn baby to find out that the pro never showed up, I tried calling the pro with the phone number provided on my Angi App, i got transferred to the agency telling me basically we are sorry we can't do nothing to help you the pro is not responding. as a professional company i would expected Angi to have other Pros on standby available in such situations. The reason we are using this companies because we are expecting responsibility. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
