Just a little about myself I got into Home Inspection 6 years ago after I retired as a Chief Engineer ( HVAC) I was in charge of all Heating and Cooling along with All Mechanicals for a major corporation headquarters. I felt with all the contractors over saw all construction and had a crew of 7.
