Everything went as promised. Technician called when he was on his way and showed up on time.

He did a good job, price was reasonable. He first came 14th of Sept to start the job and had to buy some parts, came back days later to finish the job.

The next week, I had them come back to clean my oil burner for the season and they pointed out why I was getting the oil odor in the room and fixed the issue. 
Very pleasant on the phone and the person they sent is also very nice.   They will be my new furnace/boiler company from now on. 

We had no hot water since yesterday and my regular plumber wasn't available til after 8:30 pm last night... When he finally called, just before 9 pm. He called and said he wasn't feeling well and could not come out.  I left messages for other companies, most were not available.  Angies List recommends Boiler King... The woman on the phone was very pleasant and said someone could be there by around noon and she would call when they are on the way.  
She called and they actually came sooner.  The man was very pleasant...said that he has never seen a firematic handle unscrew itself due to the pressure.  He put it back on and I have hot water.   I will have them do my annual furnace cleaning and use them from now on.

The estimate was given on 6/25/2015, and all of our questions were clearly answered. The work was completed in one day, by John and his assistant just before a heat spell. The cooling system worked well and was very quiet in the low setting. This system also has a heat mode, which we will try out when the weather gets cool in the fall. The installation work was very clean in and out.

We selected Boiler King because they appeared to be the best value. As a bonus, they also happened to be the closest to us

All in all, the work was professionally performed and we would recommend Boiler King to our neighbors.

I will be using them in the future because they do a very good job and they are not so far, they are about half an hour.  They came here on Thursday and I very much appreciated it.  I will use them again.  Their prices are fair.  They are very good.  They have a lot of customers, so availability is not possible.

Don called  20 minutes before arriving at our home, we were at a friends trying to stay warm. When he arrived, he asked how long we had been out of heat and was concerned about how we were due to my husband being handicapped. He went to work quickly and discovered what was wrong, he fixed it and cleaned the pilot. He told me what he did, and showed me the old parts. He explained the system. He quickly did his paperwork, and gave me the bill-appologizing because it cost more due to it being a weekend. He was very courteous and respectful, wiping his feet on the mat each time he came into our home from outside. I would recommend Boiler King and Don to my friends and family.

Very little work done for the price...

I was pretty impressed that he was able to come out on a sunday. The company was out to my house almost right away. The gentleman who came to my house was very nice and knowledgable, and answered any questions my husband had. I would recommend him to anyone.

From the original call with Carol to set up the quote appointment, I really had a feeling that she and Boiler King were not merely trying to sell a product. Rather, it was an experience. Several other providers approached me with a hard sell and were much more expensive whereas Boiler King was reasonable and didn't come with all the gimmicks and salesmanship of the competitors. I thought both Carol and John were authentic, truthful and professional people who happen to run a small business - the best kind of service providers. With that approach comes a real interest in 'people management' and not just sales, sales quotas, and hitting me in the 'head' with an outrageous quote just to get a sale.
They were timely, professional and completely prepared to deal with my job, which was both difficult and complex. Consistent with the reviews I read on Angie's List, I was NOT disappointed with the results of the job they did.

You guys made it easy and the fit/finish of John's work (as well as his accompanying staff) was clean, tight and professional. I look for clean jobs and his was extremely clean. They are excellent. They are a family business. The secretary was nice, the owner and the workers were nice. They were punctual, clean, efficient and fast. The price was right. They did a really good job. They were knowledgeable. He had all of the parts with him. I will tell everyone about them and I would use them again.

New furnace was installed yesterday. Tim is an expert...installation took only one full day and he cleaned up all the debris. I was also given a brief overview of the unit and was informed that Carol (Owner) will take care of mailing in all the warranties. A new condenser was installed as well, however, it can only be started when the outside temp is at least 70 degree. That will be done next spring. They'll also change out my current duct work and install dampers (this is not included in the price listed) next spring. I'm a huge fan of this company...I highly recommend them. Carol and the office staff is superb!

Problem was fixed.

Secured five estimates from local suppliers. Boiler King was by far, the most professional that I interviewed. Both Carol and John were careful to insure that we understood the entire installation process; their personalities contributed to a great amount of confidence that the job would be done according to the contract; completed on time on budget and with the greatest amount of expertise.  They lived up to that expectation.

Was out all day so I didnt notice that our heat was not circulating through the house. Based on a recommendation from my inspector I called. He picked up the phone on the 3rd ring, late on a Friday night. Tim was prompt and at my home for emergency service in less than 20 minutes. He explained everything that was wrong and even answered all my questions I had regarding the heating system.
They worked efficiently and had me warm and toasty within an hour. He cleaned up his work and even some of the leftover work/parts from a previous plumbers job.
I would not hesitate on calling again for any and all my future HVAC needs.

All work was performed as described and agreed to.
This was a very pleasant experience from the time Caral and John met with us to provide an estimate and explanation of the job requirements.  John answered all our questions regarding placement of the ducts and how the work will be accomplished.  Carol did a great job as well answering specific questions regarding the A/C unit we should consider as well as the pros and cons of the different choices we had.
Overall , this was a rewarding experience and we plan to have Boiler King serve our overall A/C, Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing needs.        

They are reliable, arrived as promised and were fair in pricing.  I was impressed with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.
