 + 0 moreThey gave a verbal estimate, and billed us 5x's the verbal estimate. We have yet to get the systems working. They damaged our house severely during the process. We paid him a portion of the bill that we agreed upon. While attempting to work things out with him, he started sending us bills with interest included. We attempted to contact him multiple times and we were never able to make contact. He has no email or website, and he does not answer his calls. He had no interest in rectifying the situation. Months later, he took us to small claims court.
Description of Work: They were hired to install a television, speakers, TiVo's and a VCR unit.
