First I have a second home in Georgia that I would on occasions visit. In October 2010 I informed the provider I have rented the home and would no longer need security monitor. The representative informed me that I am in contract and would have to pay the monthly fees until March 2011. I paid the fees until March 2011 and called the again to remind them to cancel. They told me the contract was renewed and I would have to pay until 2012 at which I objected. Some time later I received a letter from a financial agency that I owed trust security $624.00.
