They were pricey. They have different groups of people that work for them and your experience depends on which group you get. The group that did my lawn was okay, but they are pricey. Their standards are fine. It is a huge operation and if there is a problem they will come back and fix it. I switched to another provider because of their pricing, as I do not think their price is worth it. The quality of their service is good. Regarding responsiveness, they came out immediately and they were very good. I considered going back to them this year, but they are double of what I am paying right now.

Great company for customer service. I had to leave them this year due to the increase in their prices. Wish they had a different approach to home owners vs business owners. The economy is really bad for all of us .

I spend about $200 a month. I like Steve because of the fact that I had the same crew for the past five years, so they know my property and they are respectful of what they do, and they clean up after themselves after work. He just hires right people to work.

I like this company because they charge by the month instead of paying $39 for each grass cutting like other companies in the area, so I make out in the end when they cut the lawn 6 times in a month sometimes. On the other hand, this company is very lacking in service for special requests like scrub trimming and similar.

The experience was unacceptable. They cleaned the yard once on 11/9 and were supposed to remove debris, to which I had to pay $100 for debrie removal. They charged me a prorated mowing of 32.50 in NOVEMBER. I would not recommend them.

I WAS UNHAPPY WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS THEY DID, BUT THEY CAME BACK AND REPLACED IT. THEY WERE GOOD. STEVE CAME AND SUPERVISED HIMSELF. HE WAS RESPONSIVE OF WHAT I WANTED. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON IT AND MADE SURE IT WAS CORRECT THE SECOND TIME AROUND.
