Pincus Alarm & Telephone is run by a very nice, friendly, soft-spoken man. There is no high pressure sales pitch. He has been very helpful in explaining my system and showing me what to do in case of any emergency. When the alarm went off accidentally, I got an immediate phone call. They've hooked me into the fire department and the police station.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FROM THE DAY WE BOUGHT THIS HOUSE, SO IT WOULD BE MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD THAT ALARM COMPANY SO WE JUST CONTINUED THE SAME THINGS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, AND THEY CALL AND ARRANGE APPOINTMENT TIMES TO REPLACE PARTS.
