+ -1 moreHe gave us an estimate but we did not lock it in, so we found out later he was also charging us by the hour for his nephew who was helping him. The work itself was wonderful.
Description of Work: The contractor came out and worked on the deck sanding an refinishing the lumber. He also did some leveling of the floor.
