answered my phone call himself. came out the next day,gave me an estimate and started working 2 days later. Showed up on time, was knowledgeable, got the job done in a timely fashion and I thought the rate was reasonable

Free estimate, best price (I shopped around). The work was performed on a Saturday without inflating the price, like some other companies.
The job was scheduled at 10:00 am, and Rich from Wide Way Electric was on my porch at 9:59. The job was performed quickly and neatly; Rich answered all my questions about any concerns I had as a new homeowner. I will definitely hire Wide Way Electric for all future needs and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

On Saturday evening, August 18 we lost all electrical power to both our bedrooms and both bathrooms. We were aware that this was all on one circuit so we replaced the circuit breaker, but it did not resolve the problem. We consulted Angie's List and chose Wide-Way Electric in Monroe, NY because of their excellent reviews and close proximity. On Monday morning, August 20 my wife called them for help and the owner showed up at 2pm the same day. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made repairs quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We will use Wide-Way Electric's services again if need be and recommend them highly.

prompt reply, identified the problem and repaired it also took the time to replace a faulty switch. Very profession and reasonable price for an emergency call. Gave us estimates for other work we wish done. We are definetly using him again.
