The owner showed up as promised to give me an estimate of the work. His estimate was clear and concise. The installation team was prompt, professional and courteous and arrived on the scheduled day. The work was well done.

I called them in an emergency and they came the next day.  Fixed the leak and replaced some values, he also took the time to explain the problem to me and how he was going to fix it.  The cost was very fair. 
My husband will use them again the running hot and cold water to the pool and also a Jet pump for the water pressure.  He got the estimates from Jim and again the cost is very good.

He was very nice. It was an emergency and I called him after hours. He came within an hour and he fixed it. He was competent and professional. The price was really fair and he was a nice guy. He didn't really charge much at all. I was really happy with him. I would definitely use him again.

We moved here from the city two years ago and every time we need something done it is costly.  We had this leak in the basement for a while going back and fourth withe the contractor, then asking the town.

Jim from W&J Ebner, took a look at the problem, right away knew how to fix it and the cost was fair.  He ordered the part and came back to install it that same wee.  We will use him again and I just wish we called him sooner.
