Dave was very professional and gave a very thorough inspection of the home we want to buy. He spend over 3 hours checking all the mechanics and structure of the house. After the inspection we received a very detailed report within 24 hours. Me and my wife are very happy with the advise Dave gave us during inspection. Truly a peace of mind using this company!

If you are looking for someone who can get you a reliable inspection, Dave is your guy. He’s on time, his report is filled with pictures and personal comments and even recommendations. In one word David was efficient, from beginning to end he is educating you and targets any and ALL problem areas i.e roofs, attics and HVAC systems. You’re put at ease when you receive his knowledge of homes. He accommodates for flexible appointment times. Informing you of crucial points on look for in a home inspection while he works. David makes you feel like that potential house you’re interested in making a home is exactly what you expected it to be by solidifying if there any problems in the house.
