My original review was very good as Kevin was kind and thorough. However, we had to back out of our plan to buy the home when the appraisal revealed the property was a mobile home. There was a HUD tag that was painted over that the appraiser noticed right away. He said there were many other red flags that the inspector should have noticed. As first time home buyers, we could have saved time, money, and heartache if Kevin s inspection had revealed this information. Kevin apologized but offered no amount of refund.

Kevin was great. He arrived earlier than scheduled and immediately began looking around the property and examining the exterior and grounds. When we arrived, he guided us through every room and every potentially glaring issues. The report was thorough and well put together with many images to reference the notes. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to inspect a potential home purchase.

Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and definitely a great choice for my home inspection. He walked me through the possible issues that may arise from certain conditions of the home and also gave me a starting point on what type of business to contact for estimates and further inspection of the particular issues. He was also very happy to answer all of my questions, of which there were many. He included the detached garage in the home inspection process, whereas some other companies did not, and wanted to charge extra to inspect it. I highly recommend Kevin for your home inspection. Do not hesitate.

Very thorough explains everything as your doing the inspection with him. If you have any questions he answers them, also gives great tips on how to maintain your home. Never tried to push money out of me even let me know what was pointless for him to do and not to waste my money.
