Sleepy's Mohegan Lake

Excellent treatment throughout from the store manager, Mike Tommasiello. He is a soft-spoken, straight-talking and very likeable professional. No ?sales pitch? or misleading promises. No pressure. I went to the store testing mattresses three different times and he never made me feel rushed or that I was being bothersome in any way. Very unusual compared to other places I looked. My wife and I selected a Beautyrest Legend mattress and it was delivered the very next day, as promised. We had also purchased a really nice looking ?Sto-a-way Queen Box? rather than a boxspring as it had four large drawers and was covered in fabric giving it an upscale look. The delivery guys, Gazi and Omar were also respectful gentleman like Mike. They even called 20 minutes before arrival to give us a head?s up. they were helpful in every way possible. OK?so we slept on the mattress and it was much more firm than the one in the store. Much too firm for my comfort. In fact, I lost a night?s sleep ?trying to make it work.? I really didn?t want to have to return it. I called Mike Tommasiello the next morning and he was willing to make an exchange. When I went into the store, rather than making me feel guilty or giving me a hard time, he made things easy. I chose a slightly better quality and higher-priced mattress and paid the difference. The new mattress is coming tomorrow. I?ll write a follow-up, but I was just so impressed with Sleepy?s the company as they send you emails confirming and updating everything including various ways to contact them that actually work. They deliver when they say they will and if you call on the morning, as I did, can even narrow down the 4-hour window for you because they know how many deliveries will be ahead of you, if any. I HIGHLY recommend this particular Sleepy?s Mohegan Lake because of the treatment I received from their manager/salesman Mike Tommasiello. No, I am not related and never heard of Mike until I walked in the store a week ago.
