OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH NILES WAS FABULOUS. THE WERE SO HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE PROPER CARPETING FOR OUR BASEMENT. THEY CAME TO INSTALL AT THE EXACT TIME THEY SAID AND DID A GREAT JOB.

THIS WAS A GREAT STORE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY CALLED AS SOON AS MY CARPET WAS IN AND INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

VERY NICE JOB. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE SHOWROOM WAS HELPFUL IN DESCRIBING DIFFERENT TYPES AND QUALITIES OF MATERIAL. THE INSTALLERS WERE QUICK AND NEAT.
