I'll never use them again. It has been nothing but a horror story, I kicked them out of my house. They are called Over The Edge. I would never use them again, they're horrible.
They dropped the floor down, they didn't even remove the moulding or the trim. They weren't doing what I paid them to do. I had to kick them out of the house.

The windows were replaced were supposed to crank out from left to right and the another side from right to left.  They were installed in the opposite way.  They came and took apart the whole window in the lawn and scratched the glass and took the glue off with a scraper and damaged it more instead of replacing the window.  It was their mistake not mine.  I have expected to get new window but they keep talking me out of it.  I want what I ordered which is a brand new window.  I have a lifetime warrenty for all the windows.  It was their mistake and they need to replace it.  The weather stripping is coming off and I am concerned with mold.  Everyone is pointing the finger and no one is willing to help.

After purchasing the dishwasher in August it broke down in April. I went back to them first and they told me that I would have to now deal with LG. I felt like they took no responsibility for that sale at all. They picked LG as being one of the best manufacturers that they carried.  They basically washed their hands of responsibility for my broken dishwasher.

They are pretty average and I would use their services in the future too.

The blinds that I picked-out were the bottom of the line. I thought the whole process was extremely expensive.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to have hardwood floors installed. Our initial meeting was a representative of Home Depot who said his sole job was to measure for materials. This was done and we received an estimate based on materials and labor. We had to go back to the store to get the estimate as nobody called us back, and when we called we traded off to multiple strangers who had no idea how to help us, or the person we needed to talk to had left for the day. Home depot then sold us to a sub-contractor who charged us another 1200.00 dollars to get the job done as our sub-floor needed to be replaced. We had no previous knowledge of this and ended up paying double our initial estimate. I am severely displeased, and feel as though home depot installations are rackets aimed at ill-informed homeowners.

When they installed the doors, they also came with a one year warranty on them. The pricing for the doors was excellent. I compared them to four others and they were only half the price. I had estimates as high as $4000. Granted, I may not have gotten the best but they will last another twenty years. Another thing I thought was great is they took the old doors away for $50. Anyone who takes stuff away is excellent. It was worth every penny spent.

We actually went there and picked out the laminate and everything, but, after seeing what they were asking, I was not having it. They wanted $93 a square yard, which would have been a lot of money. I don't know exactly how many yards at this time. They were o.k. while we were there, but, we just thought it best to go with someone else. We also ended up using hardwood for that matter. I could not believe the price.

I was reluctant to use Home Depot since I had already had a bad experience with them. However, that was years ago and perhaps they had improved. They have. They called to make appointments, did the measuring, called for the time to install, and then installed it. It works fine. One note: buying a better door than the one we had certainly made a difference. The door we had was average but this one was made by Anderson, a more upscale manufacturer.

They did very good. The item actually arrived ahead of the originally estimated date.

THEY'RE A PLUS FOR THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE EVERYBODY GOES THERE. YOU GO THERE ON LIKE A SATURDAY OR A SUNDAY, AND IT IS JAM-PACKED. THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL OVER THE PLACE. THEY'RE ALL OVER AMERICA. THE DOOR WAS ACCEPTABLE. IT'S NOT PERFECT.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AT THIS HOME DEPOT. THE SALES PERSON GAVE ME TIPS AND IDEAS ON WHAT TO USE AND HOW TO INSTALL THE FLOORING. THEY WERE A GREAT HELP.

THE PRICE THAT THEY QUOTED WAS WHAT IT WAS. THEIR INSTALLATION WAS FINE, BUT AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS THE FLOOR WAS BUCKLING IN A COUPLE OF PLACES AND COMING UP. THEY DID COME BACK AND DID FIX IT. IT TOOK THEM THREE WEEKS THE FIRST TIME AND THEN TWO MORE WEEKS THE SECOND TIME.

THEY WERE FINE, EXCELLENT. THE SALESPERSON WAS PERFECT. I WASN'T HERE FOR THE INSTALLATION. I LEFT A COUCH IN THE ROOM, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND. I CAN SEE THE SEAMS IN THE RUG. IT WAS OKAY.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY'RE RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE GOOD PRICING. THEY ARE ON TIME WHEN THEY SET APPOINTMENTS. THEY SHOW UP AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND THEY ANSWER ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS. THEY SEEM TO KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWERS FOR WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY GIVE YOU THE ANSWERS THAT YOU NEED.

IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE NOT GOOD WITH RETURNING CALLS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE IN THE STORE.

I THINK GENERALLY THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL ARE PRETTY GOOD. SOMETIMES THEY'RE USING EXTERNAL CONTRACTORS TO PERFORM THE SERVICE, AND SOMETIMES THAT SERVICE CAN BE VARIABLE.

THE MICROWAVE WAS NOT BLOWING AND I WAS NOT FOR SURE WHY. WE BOUGHT IT FROM HOME DEPOT SO WE DECIDED TO JUST LET THEM FIX IT. THEY kNEW THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GREAT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CAREFUL. I COMPARED PRICES AND THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS.

IT WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE WINDOW TREATMENTS ARE TERRIFIC. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE FINE, VERY NICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. IT'S EXCELLENT.

Well my overall experience with the people at The Home Depot, they have always been more than satisfying. I always receive a warm friendly face and quick service with a smile.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FINISHED THE INSTALLATION IN A TIMELY FASHION THEY ALSO CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND LEFT NOTHING BEHIND.

I was totally satisfied with the Home depot product. I will and still currently do shop there for all my home needs. I also like to tell friends to shop there.

I DON'T FEEL THAT THEY HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE ACTUALLY QUALIFIED. I THINK THEY JUST HIRE ANYBODY TO DO THEIR WORK. THEY'RE JUST NOT PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
