HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, RESPONSIVE AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING EXTRA. HE JUST CAME AND DID HIS JOB. HE DID NOT TRY TO HARD SELL ME ANY OTHER SERVICES.

THEY WERE VERY POSITIVE BECAUSE THE THING WORKS NOW. THE COMPANY WAS NOT FAR AWAY. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN DOING IT UNTIL DOOMSDAY IF THIS GUY HADN'T FIXED IT AND NOW IT WORKS.

THEY REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY TO MY COMPUTER. I WAS THRILLED TO HAVE THE COMPUTER BACK IN ONE DAY AND IT WAS WORKING VERY WELL. IT WASN'T THAT EXPENSIVE AND THEY WERE VERY HONEST.

I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER IN AND THEY TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS TAKING SOME CLASSES ONLINE AND REALLY NEEDED MY COMPUTER BACK QUICKER THAN THAT. THEY HAD IT READY FOR ME THE NEXT DAY. I ALWAYS USE THEM FOR COMPUTER REPAIR.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT AS GOOD AS I EXPECTED. MY COMPUTER WAS OUT OF COMMISSION FOR OVER A WEEK AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK, IT WAS JUST RELOADED. NOTHING WAS SAVED.
