Owner was terrific. 3 workers. One quiet, one rough around the edges but polite to your face, and one who couldn't seem to get off his cell phone and made several mistakes that we the home owner caught. Luckily in time to have them fixed. Last day of job he made a mistake and had to re do a door saddle in a hurry..It looked bad and I spent some time cleaning it up.

Horrible customer service. I called several times to speak to the manager Danny and every time they told me he's busy with another customer and will call me back rights away. Danny never called me back. This was my first time and last time using this company!!!!

WHEN THEY DID THE PATCH ON THE JOINTS OF THE CERAMIC TILE BEFORE INSTALLING THE LINOLEUM, THEY DIDN'T LEVEL IT OUT. WHEN THEY LAID THE LINOLEUM, THERE WERE BUMPS. I ASKED THE GUY ABOUT IT BEFORE HE LEFT, AND HE SAID IT WOULD GO DOWN. IT NEVER DID. WE ARE DISCUSSING HOW THEY CAN COMPENSATE US FOR THE FLOOR.

OVERALL IT WAS SATISFACTORY. IT'S TOUGH TO GET AN A. BUT THE GUYS CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE FAIRLY CLEAN. THEY DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. THEIR SALES STAFF WAS VERY RECEPTIVE TO WHAT WE WERE ASKING AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT THE FLOOR DOWN IN THE TIME FRAME WE WERE LOOKING AT.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING IN LETTING US TAKE SAMPLES HOME OVERNIGHT TO MAKE CHOICES. ALSO, WHEN PROBLEM OCCURRED WITH CONTRACTORS, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN GETTING IT FIXED.
