They were done in a day and a half.  Cleaned up well.  The job looks very nice and superior to nearby homes, many of which have gotten new a new roof because of last years severe hail storm in this area.  Worked with my insurance company and was very helpful.

I would recommend them to other people.  The owner and his staff were involved in the work.  They did everything they said they were going to do and on time.  They were very efficient and excellent.  They charged me the market price. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive.  I would use them again in the future.

No problems all nails removed from ground found maybe two nails.

What a joke.  Andy shows up late to the appointment.  Took measurements and then left.  I left before Andy showed up.  I needed to get my day started.  Two days later, I called Andy.  I requested a written estimate via email because I would be out of town for approximately a week and I would like read his assessment of my roof when I had some down time.  His response to that was, "I have no time for that". 

I don't think I ever walked into a retail store and asked for help and was told I have no time for you.   Do they know anything about customer service?  I know the answer to that question. 

Overall, a successful adventure.

We had developed a leak in the roof replaced by former owners.  We were told there was no roofing felt in some spots by the fellow who did our gutter cleaning and repairs.  We found Mineola roofing, called for an estimate.  A Representative came by promptly with samples and explained the entire process, did the estimate and even priced out some coustom work (added vents for bathroom fans and attice vent screening.  The crew showed up in a few days based upon our need to get the just done at a specified time.  They were very accomodating and completed the job quickly, professionally and neatly.
All debris was removed as they provided a dumpster that came the day before and was picked up the am after the job was done.  The owner performed a final inspection.  The job was done correctly, with quality materials and they patched weak spots in the sheathing that were found, and did our custom work.  We were very happy with the process and the quality of work was excellent.

One co-owner of the business came over and measured the roof and then showed me and my wife all of their licenses, materials and a list of other roofing jobs they had done in the area and then gave us a estimate on a new roof with one new skylight. He then explained that his company would not rush the job as other roofers (in only 4 hours) but that to do the job correctly would take at least one full day to complete. We then agreed to those terms and signed a contract (that same day) but the co-owner did not pressure us to sign the contract. The next day both co-owners of the company showed up to measure the skylight. One co-owner called me later in the day and told me they would be able to get all of the parts soon and start the job according to my schedule which was open. One co-owner called us again later that same day and explained that someone would be delivering the parts first and a dumpster which arrived the day the co-owner said it would. At that same time the co-owner also explained that the job should start one day after the parts and dumpster are delivered. The very next day the roofing crew came as promised to do the job which they started timely at 8:00AM sharp and worked throughout the day to 4:30PM. Although the roof was finished that same day two members of the roofing crew showed up the very next day at 8:00 AM and worked about two hours cleaning up everything in the backyard and around my house leaving my property spotless. About 10AM one co-owner of the roofing company came by to check on the completed job and explained that the dumpster and excess roofing shingles would be picked up the very next day. That next day someone did come by to pick up the dumpster and later in the same day someone came by to pick up the excess unused shingles. The roofing job looks great and the job was done promptly and professionally.

They are very thorough, reliable and responsible. The door job was something that they had contracted out to a door company. They had kept me waiting one day and hadn?t called because some of them weren?t coming. I was very upset with them and they in turn had reduced their fee due to the inconvenience caused. I think they should?ve valued my time. They had corrected the problem though. Everything was fine otherwise.

They got the job done in 4 days. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks great. They were professional, on time and did not come up with any extra charges. They stayed with the estimate and we would highly recommend them.

Very well. They called Monday, said they would start Wednesday. At 6:45 Wednesday morning, a small container was delivered to the front of our house. The crew showed up at 7:45, worked straight thru until around 3 or 4pm. Before leaving, our yard was swept clean, all garbage was removed and the roof and garage looked great. They called a day later to tell us they would schedule the gutter people to come and install the new gutters we ordered. They show up yesterday (Saturday) at 4pm and in less than one hour had all the gutters and downspouts installed, also cleaned up after themselves and the job is now done. It rained heavily here a couple of hours ago, and I'm happy to report, it's no longer raining in my kitchen!!! No more buckets and drop clothes on my kitchen floor.

THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS FAST AND PROMPTED. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETED JOB. THEY MADE SURE THEY LEFT MY HOME CLEAN AND NEAT.

OUR ROOF WAS LEAKING IN THE BACK SIDE OF OUR ROOF. WE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST BECAUSE WE HAD ONE BAD STORM, BUT THE LEAKING CONTINUED SO WE HAD TO GET IT PATCHED UP.
