Carlos extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He spent over 2+ hours going over the entire house from top to bottom. Took his timing making sure everything was examined. Carlos has the latest equipment to look through the walls for those things unseen by the naked eye.

Carlos was extremely thorough and very professional. He took me through every nook and cranny of the house and pointed out such small details with the home that I'm not sure anyone else would have caught. He uses infrared camera's to check the interior of the walls for leaks which is a nice way of seeing whats hidden. I would highly recommend Carlos and Gadget Inspection Co.!

The appointment was made very last minute but Carlos accommodated the time and arrived promptly. The inspection was very thorough and included termite inspection, thermal imaging for moisture/water damage, and actually climbing onto the roof. Carlos answered all my questions along the way and provided a comprehensive report back to me quickly in order to facilitate a quick close on the house. Carlos was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and took his time to inspect the home we are buying. He also went back for a follow-up  and reinspect when the homeowner corrected one of the issues.

It went really well. They were very professional. They came to make sure everything was save, they checked all areas of the house and gave me suggestions as well. They came out a couple months ago like around the end of last year. I spent about $600.

I believe the inspection went extremely well.  The Inspector was on time, very thorough and polite. He answered all my questions and even those I did not think of.  All electric was tested as well as inspection of the electric box.  Water was run in all the sinks, tubs and showers to test for water pressure and leaks in pipes and drains.  The heating unit was turned on ...even though it was the middle of the summer to be certain the baseboard was in working order.  His Thermal apparatus allowed us to see into the walls without causing damage to them. I would strongly recommend using this Inspection service always.

He returned my call the same day.  He set up an appointment within a week (even with the holiday in the middle).  Carl was on time for our appointment.  He was very thorough.  He was patient with us.  He took time to answer ALL of our questions.  And most importantly he was honest.  He told us the good and the bad about the house.  I definitely feel like I trust his opinion.  And he has gadgets to back that up!
