BiNA Discount Office Furniture

The showroom had a fair selection of different office desks, file cabinets, and furniture. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it, so the sale was prompt. But after paying for the desk and delivery, they did not have it in stock by the date they said they would. I was told two weeks, but it did not come until the end of the third week. My contractors ended up having to wait for the desk to be delivered and installed before they could finish their work. All my calls to Bina Office to follow up on the status of my delivery were received very rudely; the customer service was lousy and very unhelpful! By the time the desk was delivered, the guys did not seem to care at all about the job. They rushed through the installation, throwing screws on and drilling them slanted. They used an electric drill and messed up all the screw heads so they cannot even be fixed now. Overall, it was a very sloppy job. They just wanted to get it done ASAP. In response to my dissatisfaction, the owner called to offer a sincere apology and a small in-store gift certificate as a gesture of their regret for the bad experience I had. I appreciated the phone call.
