I hired them because the price was good for what I thought would be done. I assumed that because they were removing the equipment so the framing could start, I would just have them do the whole job. The quote they gave me to finish the job was so rediculous there was no way I would hire them to finish, no negotiation with price either. I noticed in the second quote there was work included that I thought was included in the first contract. Silly me, now I realized that I paid way too much for the first job just to remove the unit. Money hungry company stay away! They were $4000 higher than my highest quote for the same job rediculous

I have stopped using them now since I was not satisfied with them this time. I don?t think that their customer service was great. The last time they came by I was not in the apartment but somebody else who was at home witnessed their work and thought that the person who came to do the work was not confident. I have been having continuous problems with the AC system in spite of their servicing, and the unit has problems every few months. So I have decided to stop using the.

They were very neat and courteous. They worked efficiently and with excellent workmanship. To date, the system has performed flawlessly and they even fixed problems that existed in some of our old ductwork so that we have proper airflow in all rooms. We dealt directly with the owner who was professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly and have already done so.

THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED ME WAS POOR. THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY SHOWED UP LATE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A NEW FURNACE OR AIR CONDITIONER.

THEY COME FOR AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING WORK WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED. SOMETIMES. I SEE THEM, AND WHATEVER THEY DO WORKS VERY WELL SO I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AFTER THEY ARRIVE.
