+ -1 moreThere were many subs involved but everything was well coordinated. Demolition began in May and the project was completed in three months time. Any concerns that arose were dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. I highly recommend AB Lake Construction Corp.
Description of Work: The project entailed a first floor renovation -- entry foyer, dining room, kitchen, powder room and den, which included the gutting of the kitchen and den, three-zone radiant heat installation, removal and replacement of all the floor tile, replacement of all doors -- entry and interior, and painting.

+ 0 moreAB Lake were professional and courteous in every aspect, answering with satisfaction all the questions and requests of this picky customer. They consulted us on every part of the job and offered excellent suggestions for improvements and problem-solving. For example, Kyle checked with me three times about how I wanted the tile installed and Alan and Kyle suggested the best place to buy it. They were also extremely patient and helpful in choosing pavers and designing the layout of the new back garden. All of the employees and subcontractors they used were knowledgeable and professional at all times.
Description of Work: Dug out the crawl spaces in the basement, lowered the floor by five inches, installed new concrete floor, new tile, new staircase, drop ceiling, and built new boiler room. Installed new egress windows, plumbed for new locations of washer, dryer and slop sink. Removed existing deck, sealed basement from outside, installed new stoop and concrete patio (temporary until pavers installed).
