NEARLY DIED as a result of the work done by this company. Owner of this company, Joe Janiero, did very little, if any, to supervise or check the work done by his workers. He only came by to collect money. As a result, we had many problems with the A/C system when we moved in. We were in the middle of a heat wave with no A/C. Owner was not good at getting back to you, answering questions or explaining things. When the heating season came, the boiler (installed by him) malfunctioned, and my mother, my dog and I nearly died from carbon monoxide poisoning. We passed out and were unconscious when levels reached a deadly 1800. Luckily, we were found and rushed by ambulance to a hospital that had hyperbarrick chambers where we spent 8 hours getting oxygen therapy and released the next day. We are still suffering from cognitive impairment caused by the CO2 poisoning. It was determined by the first responders that the boiler was installed incorrectly and not converted from the factory setting natural gas to propane which is what we had. It's a miracle we are still alive. If you value your life, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
