Contractor came by on date agreed and gave me estimate for work and told me what I needed to purchase. I went to Lowes hardware department store and purchased supplies. The contractor picked up items for me. The contractor delivered items and started work on date agreed upon. Work took approximately three days. First day the old wood deck was torn down and flooring plank was started. Second day contractor finished flooring and started railings. Third day all railings and touch up completed. Very satisfied with work and price. Very courteous and reliable. I would definitely use again.
