Rybec showed consistent attention to quality work

Mike came to look over the job very shortly after I called him. He showed up when he promised, and had very sound solutions to the fixes that an architect had suggested to have the porch comply with my towns building codes.
I had received a quote from another contractor before Mike and he was ready to tear it down and rebuild it, at a substantially higher cost.
Mike looked at options that were much less obtrusive but did the job. The porch was not in bad shape at all, it just did not meet all of the town's codes.
He had to change the footings of my porch I had four of them, he was able to make all 4 footings to 48" and the first step was too high, so he suggested to raise the driveway where it meets the first step, making all the steps uniform in height. He was able to do this without tearing the porch apart.
He completed the job quickly, and had taken pictures of the work that was done as evidence for the town and had an engineer come and inspect the work to make sure all was to code.
Mike is polite, responsive, very fairly priced and very pleasant to work with. If I needed any type of construction work in the future he would definitely be my first choice, and I would recommend him to my friends in a heart beat.
