PCW was excellent. Sean advised us every step of the way on the progress and if we were staying in budget.
Like most projects, Sean identified additional damage to the home from carpenter ants. At the same time, we requested upgrades to the project. Sean and Jim addresses these unforeseen challenges and still completed the project on schedule. In fact, Jim's sheetrock repair was impeccable...I have never seen that clean of a job before.
I must also share my gratitude towards Sean for being flexible with payment. My son happened to break his forearm at school and the medical bills caused us to be late on making payments. Eventually we caught up and closed out the project.
I am grateful for the quality of the work, professionalism and flexibility that Poughkeepsie Custom Woodworks has provided to me and my family. They are the only contractor that I will use going forward. I strongly recommend them for your next project.
