Palermo Tile, Kitchen & Bath

Rick was awesome to work with. He came out quickly for an estimate, and then completed the job as scheduled. The price was reasonable and the work quality was excellent. We'll definitely use them again.

Rick was very organized and responsive. He returned phone calls and responded to messages in a timely manner. He gave practical suggestions and helpful referrals. He started the project on time and finished within the timeline he specified which was critical for us given that we only have 1 1/2 baths. He arranged for another customer to swap timeframes with us which was essential for my work schedule. He came to the job site every day. His staff was always friendly ,polite and respectful. The project was completed within the estimated budget and the work is beautiful.We are very happy.

This was a complete renovation of the main bath. Rick Palermo kept us informed throughout the entire job. The workmanship was very good and suggestions throughout the construction were right on. I have no reservation to tell anyone they should use Palermo Tile for their bath.

The crew worked quickly and did quality work. They made good suggestions along the way but didn't overcharge for the changes. After a work chipped my tub, they made good on it by getting it repaired without any argument and it now looks perfect. I am so pleased with the work!

Project came out better than expected. Palermo was forward and direct. A couple of extras brought us over budget, but Richard worked with us to pay it off. Bottom line-bathroom should be a model on any show!

My bathroom project was my very first home improvement experience. I love my new bathroom! Rich Palermo made the process easy. He answered all of my questions. He always answered his phone. My experience with Palermo was amazing. He arrived when he said he would. Gave me an estimate far below the two prior ones. He told me the time it would take to complete the job, (a small one) involving the removal of old, falling-apart tiles in front of our fireplace. He arrived with two workers and watched their every move.

Tile work was excellent. More time needed to be taken to insure quality work was done during installkation. eg. After toilet was installed there was a leak from the holding tank, i had to correct this because the floor and moulding was all wet. After the vanity was installed there was a leak in the drain line and the sink stopper did not work. This had to be corrected so the vanity would not be ruined by the leaking water. The tile floor was scratched and repaired. I think more care needed to be taken to insure the quality of the work.

Rick Palermo is very knowledgeable and was able to show me what was doable and available. I especially liked the fact that his past work and remodeling suggestions can be viewed on the web or on his iPhone. His crew were very accommodating and polite. Although Rick's estimate was about the same as other remodelers' submissions, it was better because he included gutting the bathroom floor. Rick sand crew are truly professional in the best sense of the word.

They were on time and I mean on time. They did a great job. He should have taken a picture of my bathroom floor for a before and after picture. My whole bathroom looks like a different place. He was very kind and answered all of my question . . . any body else would have been pissed with all of the questions I asked. Overall, he deserves ten stars. I am more than very pleased.

I think that it was such a good experience, he showed up after the estimate, did the work quickly. We have had such bad experiences, he was very good in his work.
