Don was the first and only response to my request for dryer repair. I put in the request at 9pm and he left me a voice mail at 7am the next day. I returned his call a couple of hours later and we agreed that he would come to my house between 1 and 3 the same day. He showed up promptly at 1pm in his very clean, modern truck. I showed him to the dryer and he immediately started disassembly. He clearly knew what he was doing and within a half hour reported that the problem was a defective overtemp sensor. He did not have one but called the local appliance parts store which did have one and he went there and picked it up. He also got the regular temperature sensor and returned within an hour. Once he returned he provided me with the total cost of the service before he installed the parts. He then installed the sensors and reassembled the dryer which then worked as expected. I paid for the service and he left within two hours of stating work. An excellent professional job.
