I ordered and paid for a full cord of firewood. It was delivered but it was not a full cord. I ordered a second cord of firewood, stipulating that it was not to be delivered unless I was at home. The firewood was delivered when I was not at home. Upon checking it was nowhere near a full cord. I called Earl and asked him when he was going to deliver the rest of the wood. He said it was all there. I asked him to stop by to discuss it. He came by when I was not home and took all of the firewood he delivered for the second time and some of the firewood he delivered the first time that was already paid for. I have called him at least twice a day for the last three weeks and he has not responded. On top of it all it is illegal to bring firewood across state lines. We asked for him to remove the possibly infected firewood and to refund our $180.00. We have gotten no response.
