UNITED CARPET ONE

United Carpet One was great except for the fact I had a personality clash with one of the guys over there. As a result, I would not use the company again, but I would recommend them to others. Sometimes you just run into someone who you don't particularly like. They did do good work though and I was pleased with the quality of work they did for me. I had sculpture work they had to deal with and very personalized needs and they worked well with those I would say.

The work didn't start until a few weeks after we were told it would when we got the estimate. That wasn't a big deal. The carpet was done in one day and looks fine. They guys who put it in were professional and courteous. The owner himself did the laminate flooring. He did not come when he said he would, talked non-stop on his cell phone, took 7 days (over weeks) to do a job we were told would be done in two days. Meanwhile we are living with the piano in the kitchen and taking off work to let him in the house. And the carpet installers had to come back and fix his mistakes with the molding.

THE NEW CARPET LOOKS GREAT IN OUR BEDROOM! THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED BEFORE THEY LEFT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE ALSO!
