 + -1 moreUnited Carpet One was great except for the fact I had a personality clash with one of the guys over there. As a result, I would not use the company again, but I would recommend them to others. Sometimes you just run into someone who you don't particularly like. They did do good work though and I was pleased with the quality of work they did for me. I had sculpture work they had to deal with and very personalized needs and they worked well with those I would say.
Description of Work: United Carpet One put in the carpeting throughout my entire condo. They did my living room, my two bedrooms, my two staircases, and my bathrooms. Now, I had scalloped areas and specialty areas. I also had accented areas and had picked out striped patterns so it was a very detailed job.

 + 0 moreThe work didn't start until a few weeks after we were told it would when we got the estimate. That wasn't a big deal. The carpet was done in one day and looks fine. They guys who put it in were professional and courteous. The owner himself did the laminate flooring. He did not come when he said he would, talked non-stop on his cell phone, took 7 days (over weeks) to do a job we were told would be done in two days. Meanwhile we are living with the piano in the kitchen and taking off work to let him in the house. And the carpet installers had to come back and fix his mistakes with the molding.
Description of Work: We had carpeting and laminate wood flooring put in.

 + -1 moreTHE NEW CARPET LOOKS GREAT IN OUR BEDROOM! THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED BEFORE THEY LEFT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE ALSO!
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE OLD CARPET IN BEDROOM AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW CARPET.
