Doug is the company. He answers his own phone (always returns messages). His business is gotten by recommendation only. He installed an A/C system for a addition we added several years ago and did a great job. He didn't hesitate to help me with our oriiginal existing system. He and his assistant came here at the time we had arranged. He replaced the control board on my 27yr. old unit (that the original installer said "Can't get parts for, you need a new one"), as well as helped me rewire from the thermostat to furnace the multiple piece original installation. They then checked over the entire wiring in the system to assure me that everything is how it should be. System is working great and I have the piece-of-mind knowing the heat will work as expected.
