Job went like clockwork. I purchased my new Loop Lock Cover through Pro Tech. I have in the past used them to replace my Pool Heater, Pool Liner, Pool Pump, and Pool Filter. they always do a solid job.

After spending $9,000 to have the work done, the following season the screws in the skimmers were rusting. It DID NOT look like a brand new job. They applied silicone to the screws. It was a temporary fix. Before they closed it in 2016, I had complained again about the screws being rusy. They came in October of 2016 to check the skimmer screws again. They said at that time that the alkalinity level was fine and applied more silicone. They should have lowered the water below the skimmer level. They had told us NOT TO LOWER THE WATER LEVEL, BECAUSE they had a new machine that did that. This season when the pool was opened, the rust was on the skimmer screws again. I have been calling them all summer, and they tried to tell me it was due to the alkalinity level being too high. When they checked their records, they admitted that in 10/2016, it was noted the alkilinity level was fine. I asked why they didn't lower the water level below the screws so they wouldn't rust. At this point I have left 3 - 4 messages for Nikkie or the owner -- no one has even returned my call. I have also sent emails. The original was fine until there was a problem. They didn't want to bother with us. Then they tried to blame it on us instead of addressing the problem. Now I have to find someone to fix the skimmers correctly.

They are the best!! So professional, knowledgeable and timely with all our work. After dealing with 3 or 4 other companies and having them not know what they were doing Pro Tech is a great one to deal with!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent all around. The people at Pro Tech are super friendly, very helpful, and totally professional. Everyone I dealt with, from John, the guy who did my leak detection, to the guys who came to close and open my pool were friendly, and professional. I could not be happier with the way my pool liner installation went - it looks beautiful! The last time I had a liner replaced, there were all kinds of wrinkles. Not this time. These guys know what they're doing. I know I gave a B on price, but that's only because I would have liked it to be cheaper. But to be fair, the owner of the company did throw in a couple of services (like pre-opening chemical treatments) for free, as long as I agreed to have them install my liner. And that was a big deal for me, as I really do appreciate it when a company is willing to work with me on pricing and services. So even though I rated their price as a B, I was really OK paying what I paid.

I have been with Pro Tech for the last five years, and am always impressed with their employees. I highly recommend their services.

Mike the owner is a great guy. His office staff is very helpful in scheduling your needs. The Service Crew workers are knowledgeable and listen to your concerns.

It went great! They called in the am so I knew he was coming. There wasn't anything I needed to do. They did it all as usual!btw Nikki is amazing. I love dealing with her. I have had my pool converted to saltwater, replaced the coping and purchased a new pump and they always made me feel confident in my purchases. I have nothing but praise for the gang Arby's protech. Call Nikki, you won't be disappointed in her personable service.

It went very smoothly.  I have no complaints because the pool was always clear and they were always prompt.  

They are a top rated pool service firm in Long Island. We have been using them for more than 10 years. They have an EXCELLENT, DEDICATED team that takes care of the pool. Management is SUPERB and CUSTOMER DRIVEN. What more any one can ask for!

Once we finally moved in, my husband peeked in the pool & saw how bad it was.  The previous owner used Pro Tech Pools which is why we decided to use them.  They had been servicing this pool for years.  After my initial conversation with Nikki in the office I was sold & convinced that Pro Tech Pools was the right choice.  Nikki was extremely professional, informative & honest.  As you can imagine, I was a little stressed knowing the shape the pool was in & that it was going to take time & money to get it going.  Domingo is the person that came to actually open & work on the pool.  He too was very professional & informative.  I couldn't say enough good things about Pro Tech Pools and the people that work for them.  I purposely waited to write this review until the day we were finally able to swim in our pool.  Just to see if they were really that good.  And they are!!!  Every step of the way, Nikki & everyone else at Pro Tech Pools were patient & helpful & polite.  Since moving into this house we've had to deal with many different providers for many different things.  It's rare that you get such great overall service.  I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.  Thank you, Pro Tech Pools!  We finally got to swim today in our pool & it was worth the wait  :)

Two years ago I told Nikki and her father that I want to give them my pool. I'll keep it in my back yard, but I'm done taking care of it. That first year, they replaced my liner for me and added a second main drain (at my request). The process was perfect. From there on out they have taken care of the pool weekly. They closed it last year and reopened it this year and have been maintaining it weekly.

The best part of the entire process is that I don't have to worry about anything. Since they began, I have not had to use my pool vacuum on my own at all. I have not even had to skim my pool or open the skimmers. I have no had to worry about chlorine or shocking the pool. The pool opens blue, and it is swimmable all year long.

I've also used them also for upgrading my two halogen lights to LED (I asked for them on Saturday and it was installed today, Wednesday). They have helped me diagnose my heater problems and have repiped some pumps... all to my specifications.

I am very happy with the work they do and plan on using them for years to come.

Excellent work. The liner was fixed quickly and efficiently. The pump was analyzed and possible solutions were discussed. Electronic timers and pump speeds were adjusted. May need a new electronic control, checking on price for same. Very professional and friendly service.
