Prime Time Pools

I can't say enough about how pleased my experience hiring John and Prime Time Pools is. I am a very new pool owner and know absolutely nothing about pools. I was in a bind, and after a few different companies either couldn't fit me in for over a week or charge outrageous prices that I can't afford, I stumbled upon Prime Time Pools. John was at my house within 24 hours, on a Sunday (Mother's Day no less). He power vacuumed my pool so that it looked amazing for an extremely reasonable price. He also cleaned out my filter and the grids in my filter, pumped out my koi pond upon request, and relocated the goldfish in the pond to a more suitable home, all for barely any extra money. 
    The customer service is beyond extraordinary too. John gave me tons of information about how to maintain my pool, and really took the time to answer my millions of questions about maintenance, chemicals, different products, etc. He even spent over an hour later on the phone later that night and the next day when I had another 2 million questions. Very very highly recommend this company. Within the past few months I have come to learn that most pool companies are either crappy or will rip you off like crazy. John is extremely honest, and was upfront about what stuff I should consider repairing/upgrading and what I can hold off on doing for now. I am so glad to have found Prime Time Pools. I feel SO relieved that I finally found a solid company that knows what they are doing, will promptly do it at the right price, and has amazing customer service to top it off!
