Came to the house for 10 minutes to tell me my stove control panel was broken needed a new one wanted to charge $650.00 for part.. which was outragious!!!! Charged me 75.98 for the 10 minutes they were there. Found the part online for 300.00 The only reason i bothered to use them to put in the part in that I purchased was because they told me if I used them they would apply the 75.98 to services. Made the appointment to install, they Give me a window of 3-5 . I told them his was for my rental home, if they could please give me a more specific time that they would be there.. She told me they would try. At 5:30 I call and the woman at the office tells me, the repair guy he is running late, that it maybe another 40 minutes till he gets there. So I wasted 3 hours of my day. I rescheduled, couldn't wait any longer. Set a time for my tenenant to wait there for them they installed the part that I purchased took them 30 minutes and charged me $214.00.. They are a rip off !!!
