Provider is unreliable and generally not very competent.  This is the perfect example of someone who takes their customers for granted perhaps as they have been in Millbrook for a long time.  MOST OF ALL IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PREDICT WHEN THIS PROVIDER WILL COME ACTUALLY DO THE PLOWING.  As a paying, full service customer, there was no telling when the actual plowing would get done.  12-24-36 sometimes 48 hours would go by before they showed up.  Someone junior is generally the one doing the actual plowing and that has resulted in some damage to items along the driveway and pretty average,  Phone service is non existant (answering machine), enquiry calls not returned within 3 days and when finally contacted, argumentative, insolent and unhelpful.  "whenever i get to you that's when you'll get plowed."  AVOID as best one can.
