I cant believe how much I dislike this company. They have milked me out of so much more money than I ever thought I could pay for a heating and oil company. I learned a tough lesson dealing with this company and I will pass it on to whoever is reading this. you better monitor the crap out of your energy bill because any chance they have to sneakily increase your oil prices they will do it. Then I made the mistake of using their installation service to put in a new oil tank. They found all kinds of creative ways to over charge me. Then when my oil ran out (waiting for the old tank to be empty before bringing in the new one) i had to pay through nose in the middle of winter to get emergency oil in my house so i wouldnt freeze to death and have my pipes burst. They literally had me by the balls. There is more to say about but you get the point. Never again Wallace Energy. Please stay away from this predatory company!!!

Tom did a great job fixing the problem. He knew what had to be done. He also checked a future repair so it would be done correctly. He wasn’t in a hurry and listened carefully to me. So glad he came.

Tony, #691, was our technician today. He arrived exactly when we were told he would, and was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had asked. Everything was left neat and clean when he left. Definitely a five star rating.

Don't fall for the bait-n-switch introductory contract offer with the $100 discount. In the end they get you with exorbitant pricing that is >$1.50/gal higher than their local competitors which more than makes up for their scheme to attract new customers

Excellent service and very friendly team!

I had a contract with them. They consistently charged more than their advertised price. When questioned, was told they have to charge more for automatic delivery customers because they have to schedule the deliveries. Made no sense to me but at the time it was not a huge difference. That changed with my last and most recent delivery. I was charged 3.82 almost a dollar more than the state energy website. Called other oil companies and got quotes for 2.49 and 2.59. Wallace was totally taking advantage of the situation. I called. They did bring the price down to about 3.31. I Paid it and cancelled my service. I have absolutely no faith in them. They obviously do not care about the customers that have trusted them with their business. I have made other arraignments and have cancelled my contract. I can't do business with a company I can not trust! I don't trust Wallace Oil at all. Total rip off!!!! Don't walk away from this company- RUN!!!

I have been a long time customer and have a service agreement, There are years I barley use it. But this winter I had no heat all the parts and work where covered. The tech was professional and followed all Covid practicals.

Replacement was prompt and professional. Tech checked that everything was ok and explained the problem and the solution. I am completely satisfied with Wallace.

Everything went good..

Their customer service team over the phone is the worst. Horrible with collecting information and get a different rep every time transferring to a different dept. I didn't need. Can not relay correct info to techs. The only reason I gave this company 2/5 stars is the tech service which problems 90% of the time came from the office and paperwork, not the physical service. Waiting for contract to run out and then switching services.
