THIS COMPANY HAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH PHONE REPRESENTATIVES, YET THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SPECIFIC CUSTOMER ISSUES. EVERYTIME I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM, THE ONLY 'STORY' I GET FROM ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE (INCLUDING SUPERVISORS) IS 'WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIGHER THAN USUAL CLAIM VOLUME AND WE DON'T KNOW WHEN YOUR CHECK WILL BE MAILED'. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
