We had a large picture window (74" wide x 58" long) which had an arch at the top.  In the afternoon, the sun would make the room very hot. We wanted a shade that would keep out the heat as well as allow us to see diminished light through the shade.  The representative from TWG came to our home, measured the area, and came up with the perfect Hunter Douglas shade for our window.  TWG ordered and then installed the shade.  We also ordered some extras such as valence and and ultra glide raising and lowering system for the shade.  The day after the shade was installed, we noticed two tiny spots on the shade which were actually manufacturer defects.  We texted photos of the spots to TWG, and they immediately contacted Hunter Douglas.  A replacement shade was shipped to our home, and we are very happy with it.
TWG Fabrics provided excellent customer service, were courteous, professional, and, most importantly, stood by the product and made all the arrangements for the replacement shade.  We would definitely use them again.
