I was satisfied. They provided good service, they were on time and made the repair. It was one guy and he was very professional.

The window for one of the doors was broke also one of the panels was dinged. They promised to replace the window and panel. They replaced the window. It has been almost a year and many phone calls back and forth, still no panel. We gave up.

They are very prompt, courteous, and do a good job with good advice. This is why I stay with my Sears appliance contract. It is also very convenient because I can get all my appliance repair work done by one provider.

The technician resolved the matter. My husband was glad that he had not attempted to fix the problem himself.

They had to repair the washing machine. They actually had to replace the whole inside drum. My machine is not that old, but we use them a lot. It is a big high energy machine. The reason we have our appliance repaired with Sears is because so far I don't have any complaints about them. It has always been good as far as sending out a very reliable person, and taking care of what needed to be taken care of, has been done. There was no extra charge on that repair. They come out once a year for checkup. It is part of the contract. They do contract with local people, sometimes for repair. I think the refrigerator was done at a local appliance place, but I don't remember who that was, but it was through Sears. My only compliant would be that sometimes they take a long time. To repair my dishwashing machine, they couldn’t give me an appointment for two weeks, but when they did the refrigerator, it was within a few days. They sometimes have a problem with scheduling depending on the machine or the appliance. I will use them again in the future.
