I thought he was great.  He is licensed and insured.  He charged me $300 but I paid him $400 because he came back so many times and he was really great in that way.  Raccoons are smart, most of things that he thought of did not work and finally he thought out one which worked and that brought about relief.  He was very attentive to the customer.  He really cared about the problem.  He would come by almost every day and it took a few weeks that is not his fault.  The raccoon would not allow herself to be trapped and she would squeeze under anything.  He was knowledgeable and very creative in the things he thought of to try.  I like him so much that when everything was over and he left I missed him after that because he was almost like a friend since he actually cared about what happened to the raccoon and what happened to us.
