OxyMagic Carpet Cleaning

It was one of these deals where the product they used cleaned the carpet and you could use it an hour later.? You didn't have go tip toeing around, and don't step here and don't step there.? It was pet safe.??I would give them all A's.

Great. He was prompt, explained every process in advance, we had quotes the week before from the owner which he kept. He took his time , went over the carpet traffic areas several times, and even hand scrubbed the edges of our kitchen floor. The carpet looked better than it ever had, dried quickly because they use less water. I would not only use them again, but highly recommend this company!

Quick, no smell, great result.  Carpets have not attracted dirt and still look great after 6 months.  The first choice in my book.

Overall, very good job.  I was satisfied with the work her did and his professional and courteous demeanor.  He worked hard to remove stains that I pointed out.  I had used a store bought product that caused some areas of my very light colored carpet to turn even lighter - I essentially bleached several spots, while trying to spot remove stains. I thought I ruined the carpet, but he was able to restore the bleached areas about 95%.  I don't know that anyone or any company could have done any better.  Over time, they have blended back into the carpet and I no longer notice even the slightest discoloration.  I

First the second room free offer was not valid and it changed, then steam cleaning turned to basic cleaning, not cleaning for heavy traffic areas. 
Expect the vendor will discourage you from standard offering advertised on Angie's list and up sell packages and provide no details of what is covered versus what is not. 
Not a very good experience with Angie's list.

The rug came out nice. The hallway was streaky looking when the guy left, but I thought it was just still damp. There are dirty areas that the machine missed. The streaks did not go away and I have left them 2 messages already (two days after and a week after) for them to call be back to come back and touch it up or redo the hallway. I am still waiting for a call back from them. I guess there is no service after the sale.

t timeMy Mom 88 yrs. young was home when they came. She liked everything about the young man, the way he worked, the way he talked to her and his manner. She said; the rugs dried quickly and likes them the best! This was the second time she used them.

They were very professional and the work was excellent. I would use them again.

He's very thorough and performs great work. Carpets come out like new, so does a fabric couch. Microfiber couches don't clean up as well though. I've used this company twice, and will use them again.

The worker was puctual, friendly, efficent and did a great job in cleaning my bedroom carpet. I will use this service again.

The service provider was on time and within budget. The work he performed was clean and I will definately request services again.

They did a great job and 2 months later, many of the stains that had previously re-appeared, when done by another company, are still gone. They gave a fair price, answered all questions, and did all that was promised. They were completely professional, arrived on time and finished after about 2 1/2 hours. They did such a wonderful job that I no longer think I will have to replace my carpeting. I will use them again without hesitation.

It went extremely well; the owner Raymond returned my call promptly (although he was home sick that day), he was extremely nice, professional and informative. He explained the process, the products that will be used and scheduled my appointment. The technician, Julio, arrived promptly at 8am and worked steadily through until about 9:45am. He did a fantastic job. My carpets look BRAND NEW and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the price. I've since recommended my sister and a co-worker who both had their carpets cleaned and are extremely happy as well.
