It was one of these deals where the product they used cleaned the carpet and you could use it an hour later.? You didn't have go tip toeing around, and don't step here and don't step there.? It was pet safe.??I would give them all A's.

Great. He was prompt, explained every process in advance, we had quotes the week before from the owner which he kept. He took his time , went over the carpet traffic areas several times, and even hand scrubbed the edges of our kitchen floor. The carpet looked better than it ever had, dried quickly because they use less water. I would not only use them again, but highly recommend this company!

Quick, no smell, great result. Carpets have not attracted dirt and still look great after 6 months. The first choice in my book.

Overall, very good job. I was satisfied with the work her did and his professional and courteous demeanor. He worked hard to remove stains that I pointed out. I had used a store bought product that caused some areas of my very light colored carpet to turn even lighter - I essentially bleached several spots, while trying to spot remove stains. I thought I ruined the carpet, but he was able to restore the bleached areas about 95%. I don't know that anyone or any company could have done any better. Over time, they have blended back into the carpet and I no longer notice even the slightest discoloration. I

First the second room free offer was not valid and it changed, then steam cleaning turned to basic cleaning, not cleaning for heavy traffic areas. Expect the vendor will discourage you from standard offering advertised on Angie's list and up sell packages and provide no details of what is covered versus what is not. The rug came out nice. The hallway was streaky looking when the guy left, but I thought it was just still damp. There are dirty areas that the machine missed. The streaks did not go away and I have left them 2 messages already (two days after and a week after) for them to call be back to come back and touch it up or redo the hallway. I am still waiting for a call back from them. I guess there is no service after the sale.

t timeMy Mom 88 yrs. young was home when they came. She liked everything about the young man, the way he worked, the way he talked to her and his manner. She said; the rugs dried quickly and likes them the best! This was the second time she used them.

They were very professional and the work was excellent. I would use them again.

They did a ok job. The main area rug was ok but their was dry food on the couch. I was able to remove the food with a tooth what their machine was not able to remove. The worker was very nice and was on time

He's very thorough and performs great work. Carpets come out like new, so does a fabric couch. Microfiber couches don't clean up as well though. I've used this company twice, and will use them again.

They did a great job and 2 months later, many of the stains that had previously re-appeared, when done by another company, are still gone. They gave a fair price, answered all questions, and did all that was promised. They were completely professional, arrived on time and finished after about 2 1/2 hours. They did such a wonderful job that I no longer think I will have to replace my carpeting. I will use them again without hesitation.

They never even called me until I called them; I was very annoyed. I called them and made an appointment with them and they never showed up, so I called the guy back at Friday because I made the appointments for that Monday, they even said to me on the phone, when I made the appointment on a Saturday that it was a holiday and he said that he would be there and he never showed up. I told him that I didn't appreciate that he didn't even bothered to call me. Someone needs to sit there and wait for you at nine o'clock in the morning and you don't show up. They didn't give me any information on the phone they said they would have to see.

It went extremely well; the owner Raymond returned my call promptly (although he was home sick that day), he was extremely nice, professional and informative. He explained the process, the products that will be used and scheduled my appointment. The technician, Julio, arrived promptly at 8am and worked steadily through until about 9:45am. He did a fantastic job. My carpets look BRAND NEW and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the price. I've since recommended my sister and a co-worker who both had their carpets cleaned and are extremely happy as well. Thank you Raymond and Julio! The technician arrived a little late because he could not locate the place. In his defense, he did try to call me for directions, but I had my phone turned off. The wall to wall carpeting was cleaned and I was very pleased with the end result. The price was excellent compared with other companies and the technician was professional. The job took under an hour. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The worker arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Before starting, he explained the process, walk the rooms checking for spots or heavy traffic areas. He then brought in the machine, sprayed the carpets with a solution to kill the smell of the animals, started one of the bedrooms and showed how the machine worked. After finishing the 3 bedrooms, he called me back upstairs and made sure I was satisfied with the job he was doing so far. He did the same after finishing the rest of the rooms and staircase. When the worker was finished, he quoted me the same price that was givint to me over the phone. It was a hot and humid day so it took about 5 hrs for the carpets to dry but when they did, WOW what a difference, the carpets looked 2 shads lighter. I would highly recommend using them.

The owner returned my call promptly and gave me a firm price over the phone. The person who actually came to clean was a perfect gentleman, on time and very professional. He told me up front that the dark stains on the carpet may need more than one treatment. When he was through, those stains, which were very dark, were ether gone or so light they were almost unnoticeable. We were preparing the house for sale after the death of my mother in law and were very concerned about the rugs being a deterrent to a sale but they turned out beautifully. Did I mention they were off white? They look almost like new. We are very happy with results.

OxyMagic Carpet Cleaning did a superb job. I would recommend him. I have recommended him already. He really got the stains out. I was very, very happy with him. He was excellent. He came when he said he would. He was clean and thorough. I showed him stains in the carpet. He worked very hard on getting the stains out and he did. When he was done, that carpet looked beautiful. Within an hour or two it was dry and it's the best carpet cleaner I've had yet. Their price was fair.

It was great because I am a green person. They are not using chemicals. They are prompt and respectful. They explained the things they would be doing. You get taken so often that when somebody really performs well. They are competitive.

Tech showed up as promised. It was one youngman that did the cleaning and he explained the process.

I am happy that the rugs look clean but the first carpet still shows the stains, they are lighter but still visible, and the second carpet is so much cleaner than it was before but also the stains are still visible. I didn't expect all of the stains to disappear but I did expect them to be less noticeable. I have had rugs cleaned in the past and they cleaned right up to the baseboards, this machine was not capable of cleaning the carpet area close to the walls. The odor left behind is not a fresh and clean smell as I expected but that may well be because I have dogs and cats and not really a huge issue. The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was on time, courteous and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone whose carpets are just dirty without significant staining but for my needs I will seek out another company in the future.
