Absolutely great. From meeting Diane at the show room we were delighted. Diane provided good guidance, both practical and financial, to make sure we had everything we needed. The professionalism and care with which the team set up and removed the tent, furniture and equipment was great. They were on time, took care to ensure things were perfect and had a fabulous attitude - they were there to please. Everything was clean and in great condition. Plates, silverware, glasses were spotless too.

A couple of weeks after the event I returned a couple of items that our caterer had accidently taken with them.. they were so appreciative.. they had not charged me for the items but certainly appreciated their return. It's sometimes the little things that make a difference.... they took care of the little things the least I could do was return their equipment.

They're excellent and were good. I use them every year, but this past year I was a little disappointed because they haven't upgraded their tables. They need to have newer equipment, but with the bouncy bounce houses they came when they were supposed to and did everything correctly. They do kind of need to buy some new tables because a few of them are bent and some of the chairs were pretty beat. They charged us for a big tent and 50 people, but you could've gotten splinters off of the wooden tables. We really had to wrap up the tables with duck tape because you could've hurt yourself. The quality was good and safe. They were very safe with putting up the tent to make sure it was all put in correctly. I appreciated that because they had everything labeled so no one could get hurt. They came when they said they would and they're quite professional at their office.
