They arrived when scheduled and completed the job in a professional manner and quickly. The only bad thing to say is that they need to have all tools with them not in the shop, but other than a run for specialty tools it was a pleasant experience and I would hire again. I ordered the top of the line door and my garage has never been so toasty.

 Everything went well. After my initial phone call they came out very quickly to evaluate the problem.
  I was told what would be needed and they stated it would take about a week for the parts.
   When the parts arrived in a little less than a week, they called to set up an appointment.
     They were prompt and they called to let me know that they were in the area.  The 2 men who arrived were courteous.
  The Job was completed in a timely manner.  I was satisfied with the job and was charged a fair price. I paid less than the 
 original estimate because I didn't need a part which they initially thought was needed. I would  use this company again..

The gentleman who came was very helpful in explaining that I had very heavy garage doors that required the strongest coils to lift them. He completed the work very quickly, very neatly and he was very courteous. I would use him again.
