Mike is a consummate professional and all around nice guy. He surrounds himself with a professional work crew and does the job right from start to finish. His top priority is your satisfaction. He was always there when he said he would be, which is a huge issue for me because contractors NEVER respect your time and NEVER show up when they say they will. Hiring him was contingent on them being able to complete the job within a specified period of time and while he made no guarantees that he could meet the deadline he did make every effort to do so. There were a few hiccups along the way but that is to be expected and he handled them all extremely well. In terms of his pricing he will be the first to let you know that he is not the cheapest however, the cheapest is not what I was looking for. I was looking for someone I can trust, who can do the job and will show up when promised and he fit the bill on all counts. From beginning to end Mike was great and so was his right hand man (also named Mike). I have since referred him to a few people and do not hesitate to do so. If you're looking for quality home improvements I would highly recommend MLM.
