Michael's Appliance Center

Dear Readers, I picked Michael Floyd Appliance Repair because of the good testimonies but his work didn't reflect this, even though he claimed it, yelling at me. My dryer is cramped into a small closet, which requires two people to move it out, but he did it alone, and that scratched up the front panel. A professional company wouldn't have accused me of making up the story, as if I was trying to blame someone else .( I have never been so Disrespected and Poorly treated in my life). Michael didn't bring the ordered part over for three weeks, as to punish me for standing up for myself and scraped machine. They were able to order the casement window air conditioner that I needed.
It was a pleasant added bonus when the salesman - Frank Dragone - offered to bring it to my house in his car.
I like giving my business to small neighborhood businesses when ever I can.

We installed a whole-house filter before any of the new appliances were installed. I also flush my hot water heater on top of the situation to ensure we don't have sediment.

The faucet in the kitchen will run for awhile and then it will just trickle. They came in and replaced a tiny filter. They said well you have very large particles in your water. Now, that can't be because we just installed the whole-house filter. There's nothing in the aerator. He showed me some of these and quot;particlesand quot; on his fingers and they were very fine particles. We couldn't figure out how they got there. They just said it was not their problem, but mine with the filter. I had a Delta faucet in there before we did the full replacement and it was fine, never had an issue with any water pressure or particles.

They are not standing behind the appliances they installed, but are just putting the blame on our system. They put in our stove that was scratched upon installation (2 inches long). I understand that a stove can scratch over time, but this was prior to installation.

The installer, Bill, was very good with us and treated us well. The issue comes after installation when the sink won't run, but trickles. If I had known this would have been so sensitive, I would've opted for a plain, normal faucet.
