Lysyczyn Custom Lawn Care

We hired this landscaper to basically take care of all of our landscaping to include cutting of the lawn and trimming of all of the shrubs and bushes. Their work was acceptable but not great.  We were charged $108 per month for only two cuts per month on a bi-weekly basis.  I thought this was a bit expensive for the amount of work that was performed but we were desperate to get someone to cut the lawn and take care of our bushes on a regular basis.  The problem with this landscaper came in in the month of July when his secretary called me one evening and basically told us that they will no longer be cutting our lawn.  No warning, no time to find another landscaper...nothing.  After the secretary called I even called them back to ask why they were stopping the landscaping and I was told that it was because of the toys and items left on the lawn.  I informed the secretary that we would correct the issue but she told me that the owner had already made up his mind.  There was no warning, no telephone calls about the toys, nothing.  This is totally unprofessional and I would NEVER recomend this landscaper to anyone.  Total unprofessional.  As a small business owner myself, I would never treat my customer the way Lysyczyn Custom Lawn Care treated me and my wife.I even left a message for Dave Lysyczyn and asked him to call me and I have yet to get a call from him.  This is no way to treat a good paying customer.
