Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
They ran out of tar paper and were going to shingle over the plywood until I complained. They took down soffit material when they replaced the porch roof and wanted to charge me to put it back up. I withheld $300 hoping they would finish the job but no luck. The first rainstorm, the roof leaked. They had not flashed the vent pipe and my tenant called me.
