I have to start with... wow, I'm impressed! Manuel and ALL his team are very hard working individuals, with great experience, dedication to their profession, very trustworthy, honest and responsible. These are just few of so many good qualities they all have. We love Manuel and his team. They are like family to us. My home will always welcome them and I know I can count on them for any future work I might need at home. The Gualan Brothers have done an amazing job transforming our second home completely renewing our roof, new shingles, new siding, new windows and doors. They also removed a fireplace for us that needed to be gone. Also, our house had a back exterior wall on the second level that we noticed was bulging out and away from the house frame but thanks to Manuel the problem was corrected, fixed and resolved and I was able to get a good night sleep and peace of mind, thank you Manuel! We couldn't be more happier and pleased with their service. They are not only the best on what they do, but they are awesome people with a kind and caring heart. We send our sincere appreciation to Manuel and his team and look forward to more great experiences with them. Can't wait for the front porch awning coming next! I recommend GUALAN BROTHERS to anyone. Excellent work

We were very happy with their service, their attention to detail, and their ability to solve problems that we had as our roofing project unfolded! We had done a new roof on a 120-year-old house and there were a few issues when the roof came off but they did great, solved the issues, and performed excellently!
